About me
I'm Samantha Robinson a business consultant based in Felpham, West Sussex, working with organisations that need clarity where there's complexity.
SR Consulting was built on a simple conviction: that good consulting should feel like a conversation, not a transaction. My work spans project management, data and reporting, business process improvement, and document control, the kind of unglamorous infrastructure that quietly determines whether an organisation runs well or doesn't.
My background is grounded in the detail. I moved into project management through bookkeeping and client account management, which gave me an early, practical understanding of how decisions ripple through a business — financially, operationally, and in terms of the people carrying them out. I hold a PRINCE2 7 qualification and work extensively with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and finance tools including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage 50.
This blog is where I think out loud. You'll find writing on the tools and methods I use day-to-day, observations from the work itself, and occasional longer pieces on the broader discipline of making organisations function better. Nothing performative, just considered work, written down.
